Super Blogga Review and Giveaway

I recently had the opportunity to read the Kindle book Super Blogga: 70 Plus Tips and Tricks to Make You a Super Blogger by Missy Diaz.

I am a relatively new blogger and have spent a lot of time researching different ways to increase readership, how to find new communities, tips on content, and even how to host giveaways. While the Internet has more information than you could ever need, it can sometimes take a long time to find the information you are hunting for. Well there is a new Kindle book that can answer all the questions a new blogger may have.

When you want to know the answer to the simplest or most complex question, Super Blogga: 70 Plus Killer Tips To Take Your Blog from Zero To Hero is here to save the day. This books provides 70 tips (yes, I did say 70 tips) for new bloggers who want to know everything about blogging and was written by Missy Diaz. While reading this book I had a lot of questions answered that could have taken me hours up hours of searching on the Internet. I also found tips for things I hadn't thought of. Here are a few examples of the blogging tips in Super Blogga that I found the most interesting:

Submit To Blog Catalog - BlogCatalog.com is a web directory for blogs, but it’s much more than that. It's an active and established community aimed solely and squarely at blog owners. There's a discussion forum that is great for new bloggers to mix and mingle with others and chat or ask questions about Wordpress, marketing, content, links, SEO, monetization, private ventures and so on. You might also get a boost in traffic from other members you've established a casual relationship with. Worth a visit.

Survey Your Visitors - If you want to know more about your visitors (or readers) ask them to answer a short survey. Ask them their gender, age, likes, dislikes, how they found you, why they visit, what they most want to see and read, etc. You can use a free service like Survey Monkey or Poll Daddy. Make it easy for them, place a link prominently on your blog asking them to take a few seconds to answer a short reader survey.

GET EXERCISE - blogging is addictive, but be sure to physically remove yourself from your computer (or laptop) and run, walk, dance, jog or yoga. Staying active and fit while blogging is crucial for long term success, don’t over estimate how quickly your body will tumble if you don’t take proper care of it.

Overall, this book is full of valuable information that new bloggers, and even some pros, will find interesting.
